Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 11, 2026

HeyLang is built for business owners of every kind, and we want everyone to be able to use it. We're committed to making our websites and dashboard accessible to people with disabilities, and to improving continuously.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

What we do

  • Design for keyboard navigation and clear focus states.
  • Use sufficient color contrast and readable typography, with support for light and dark themes.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
  • Offer a voice interface for interacting with the product hands-free.
  • Test with assistive technologies and fix issues as we find them.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a one-time checkbox. As we ship new features, we review them for accessibility and address gaps. Some third-party content or integrations may not yet fully conform, and we're working to close those gaps.

Tell us how we're doing

If you run into an accessibility barrier, or you have a suggestion, please tell us — it helps us improve for everyone. Email hello@heylang.ai and we'll respond as quickly as we can and work with you to provide the information or function you need.
